Returns and Refund Policy

At Rylte, we are committed to creating products that provide comfort, support, and genuine daily relief. We guarantee the quality of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days to allow your body to adjust and fully experience the benefits.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return after 14 days and within 60 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Rylte does not provide prepaid return labels

📦 Exchange and Replacement Policy

If you wish to exchange your item (including size exchanges):

  • The product must be returned to our distribution center
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • A replacement item will be provided at a reduced rate (covering part of the product price and reshipping costs)

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for exchanges
  • Replacement requests are subject to approval and product availability

This policy allows us to continue offering competitive prices while providing a fair solution for exchange requests.

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before purchasing to avoid additional costs.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Buyer's remorse before the end of the 14-day usage period
  • Mild discomfort during the initial adjustment period
  • Used, damaged, or mishandled items
  • Orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Order Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

If the request is approved within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Our 60-day guarantee applies only to correctly used products.

  • Customers must use the product for at least 14 days before requesting a return
  • Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
  • Approval is required before any return

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photographic/video evidence
  • If your request is approved, we will provide a free replacement

Please note:

  • Packaging damage alone is not sufficient grounds for a claim
  • Damage resulting from misuse or wear and tear is not covered

Rylte is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers
  • Customs
  • Weather
  • External logistical issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery issues after shipment from our premises

📍 Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours:

  • No refund or replacement will be issued
