Rylte Delivery Information

At Rylte, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase, no surprises.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once picked up by our carrier, it will be on its way to your address.

During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days, but we will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.

🇺🇸 United States: 7 to 12 business days 🇨🇦 Canada: 7 to 14 business days 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days 🇦🇺 Australia: 8 to 15 business days 🌍 International: 10 to 20 business days

Please note: customs delays or delivery issues may sometimes extend delivery times beyond these estimates.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is important to enter your complete and accurate address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the processing of your order or result in cancellation.

If you notice an error, please email us at hello@rylte.com. You have 24 hours to make changes after placing your order. After this period, we can no longer guarantee changes, as your package may already be on its way.

Delayed Delivery

We know how exciting it is to receive your order quickly! While we do everything we can to ship promptly, delays can sometimes occur due to carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other issues beyond our control.

If there is an issue with your order (such as product unavailability or address verification), we will notify you immediately. Rylte cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, but we will always keep you informed and do everything we can to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have direct control over it. If your package is lost or stolen, please:

  1. Contact us at hello@rylte.com so we can assist you.
  2. Contact the carrier to file a claim (most carriers require this).

Rylte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement may be offered.
